We love this coffee as a light roast because it showcases all of the bright, berry notes that are characteristic of  naturally processed Ethiopian coffee.

We taste blackberry, tea rose, and orange blossom with a crisp, clean finish.

Try this one as espresso and be amazed!

I’ve tried all of Jay’s coffees except the dark roasts which to me lose flavor in the cooking. This light roast is my favorite and is very full flavored. I like to drink this while backpacking, made on the stove before the sun comes up and sipped while still in the sleeping bag.
